The company is performing layoffs during war time! Everyone on here should be jumping up and down about being let go by a cr-ppy company
How do you think most of HR got their jobs?

I work at GA after many decades of service at Raytheon. GA is a wonderful place to work, the pay is competitive, and leadership is inclusive of all employees. Hearing the news today was terrible. Lay off notices hurt people and families and there is no joking that should take place. Sure, there may be some who weren't working to full potential or wanting to go back to working from home, and a lot of them have left. The folks let go today probably feel this is very personal, and it hurts. Please stop being so unkind. It may be YOU next, or someone you care about.
I'm near retirement so lay-off will not be much of an impact vs younger employees that are starting out in this environment will have a more difficult time. It just appears that people are burned out on all the lies about lay-offs.
People who have a choice moved on to something better. The ones that stayed eventually gets lay-off and upset. Go figure!
Not dead weight. Lots of good hard working people got let off.

Everyone on here post GA has so many lazy and unqualified people. Then GA does layoffs and people are upset. I don’t understand the logic… angry bc no one gets fired… then angry when people get fired…. Basically no matter what GAs does GA workers and ex workers are going to be angry
