I noticed my manager didn’t talk about the common review at all, even though the dates are coming up for it. I know some people theorized that people could be laid off before pay increases were made. Do you think this is why it wasn’t discussed?

Could be. However, management has until 2/24 to meet with employees to go over map
Yes. Happened to me in 2020. Laid off instead of getting a review
