the pay raise for the long term people is a slap in the face.

Unfortunately, if you get capped out after only a 10cent raise that’s all you will get until the next year. H.O. Doesn’t care if you get capped out. The purpose is for you go into management if you want more money.
If the 3% raise only gave me a 10 cent raise because that 10 cents put me at my pay cap, does that mean I won’t get a lump sum for the difference I would have received had I been capped out already? (I would have gotten almost $1500 on a lump sum check had I not received the 10 cents)
Yes, it’s 3% for everyone. If you’re capped, you get a one time payment at 3%.
What’s the difference in the pay raise for long term versus short term? Isn’t it 3% across the board unless you’re at your pay cap?
You have one manager trying to ruin someone's reputation just so they can bring someone over in the meat department and replace someone. But 90% of the store loves and respects the associate they're trying to do it too and will back the associate! A good word of advice to all associates that start looking out for each other. Because if management is willing to gossip about someone else what do you think they're doing to you when you're not around. And I agree with the other posts that associate doesn't even get on here.
It's pretty bad people try to get on here and act like other associates when they didn't even post it. Just remember when u post things everybody has a IP address. so think before you post things and stop trying pose is another associate. The person that made this post might want to take it down. In the event that associate terminated or bullied due to someone else trying to act like them they could sue in a court of law! Remember everything's traceable that you post on the internet . Everything is kept by Google every site that you search on internet is kept with good old Google.
You can give me your raise if u don’t want it u special entitled little person lol
What pay raise? I hit my pay cap for senior meat cutter 4 years ago. Haven't seen a pay raise since. I did get a one time 2% payout last year. Might get a 3% payout this year.
