Return to Office

Starting in April all WFH is going to be canceled and employees will be forced back into the office 3-4 days per week minimum. Hearing this rule is is coming straight from Stankey and will be communicated in early March.

BS, after building consolidation there is no way 3/4 days in office for everyone is doable. Unless we will be double seated on one chair/desk. Very cozy!!!

This is 100% happening. It is going to be sent out from each of Stankey's DRs but the directive is coming from him. I have seen the draft communication - Susan Johnson under McElfresh is going to mandate 3 days a week for everyone and 4 days a week for supervisors and it's coming in the next week. Other orgs are similar but not coming out until March.

Well considering 3/4 of the MT building in NJ has been dismantled, I'd say OP is full of it and is probably losing his job.
Carry on folks.

Not possible. company has gotten rid of too much real estate over the last few years. My office can only accommodate a fraction of the people that actually would report there.

"Malarkey! Stankey does not have the power to order employees back into the office. He has no way of enforcing. Employees do not respect him and just don't like him. Good luck getting anyone to comply with this new mandate Stankey!"
