Same is happening at Dell. Managers are forced to give low performance to team members even if there are no low performers.

why do you say ex laid off...that would assume that you're not laid off anymore. An ex wife is no longer your wife so ex laid off would mean you're no longer laid off. That post makes no sense.
Matter of time before you get the slip. Never say never. Learn to flip burgers or grow your own food.
