Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Are TOS leaders and Managers Imbeciles?

The more meetings I attend the more and more it is becoming apparent that TOS is run by imbeciles. D the new CIO only cares about your pedigree. Did you come from McKinsey or Harvard? Middle managers have no clue how to build effective teams. HR partners are just as lazy. Transformation is a joke and there is only one strategy, cut to lower the Efficiency ratio. We are a bunch of order takers from the business and can’t innovate our way out of a wet paper bag.

When the leaders don't set and properly fund the new technology direction for the company, difficult to be successful. TOS leaders don't even understand excel or word, they struggle with emails. Understanding technology is not a strong part of their skill set. Creating countless meetings, RIFs, and re-orgs is what they do best. Blame everyone but themselves. Justification of failure to their bosses, they are awesome at. Innovation will never happen at the bank until these losers are shown the door.

Leaders in TOS have no imagination, creativity, or leadership skills. It's really a useless bunch. They have no history of successful leadership. Just nodding dogs, trying to keep the ba--s in the air until someone important finds out how incompetent they are.
