Is our bonus categorized under Recognition Gross up in workday? I hope not.

If you get a living proof award over $50.00 the amount shows in that so you pay taxes (usually at 50% so you only get half the award amount).
They can gross it up to cover the taxes…rare but it has been done…probably takes a congressional act to do so a/k/a FB’s approval
Yup. You can't redeem it in cash, but you have to pay taxes on it in cash. This is so wrong in all dimensions regardless how you look at it.
