All we keep hearing is that Leadership does not know anything more than what we know… the under the rug silent scheming has me looking elsewhere. It is reprehensible the way these “layoffs” are being handled. I am also not comfortable with the way big brother is watching analytically how many times we move our mouse and counting key strokes putting us in a logic system that calculates towards to merit and job growth. Optum has constant monthly lay offs no job is secure. We are a mere number. Leadership can tap into emotions on these forums about being personable telling us their life stories..don’t buy into it..it’s a facade. Within the next 12 months 50-80 percent of Change Healthcare employees will be laid off its inevitable. The overlapping of jobs and siloed divisions as integration furthers is what is leading these lay offs.

Counting keystrokes does not strike fear in me. It just makes them look bad and me want to leave. Their loss
How is Optum able to count key strokes if we are still emplyeed by CHC?
They should also count the keystrokes of my personal machines I have to use because CHC gives us limited tools and rights to do the job well. Untrustworthy people use controls to make up for their lack of trust.
It’s UnitedHealth Groups Digital monitoring..yes they monitor keyboard activity and it is part of the employees overall performance program for merit and growth opportunities.
It’s Optum…google United Healthcare counting key strokes etc.
The mouse/keystroke tidbit - is that Optum or Change?
