They are trying to figure out how to make the seating arrangements as jacked up as spring. No office, no personal space, no cubes. Just open areas to sit.
They will interpret the survey results to do something that saves them money but negatively impacts you. Like the survey they said justifies the neighborhoods concept in Houston. Totally bogus things like people didn’t have access to collaboration spaces.
I heard a rumor they're considering moving CP employees into RMO. Personally, I'm doubtful of that because I don't think we have the space, but maybe EMPR does? Idk, either way, I'm sure whatever they're doing is d-mb as he-l.
