I don't have any insights about layoffs, but my advice to everyone is that it is better to have an updated resume than to be completely surprised by a layoff. I don't think that the leadership is steering the company in the right direction, so I intend to leave soon anyway.

Totally and completely agree!
Couldn't agree more! Change and optum employees need to as both companies are feeling the lay offs. We are nothing but numbers and it's sad that our attendance and production means nothing at the end of the day!
