Couldn't see the full article, but two ex-employees raised it.
It sounds like kind of a gray area, like if you charged work expenses to a personal credit card and got 2% back from the credit card. Does the employer have a claim on that? (Yes, I know, most corps force you to put expenses on "their" credit card (for which YOU are personally liable!) and the corp reaps any benefits from the credit card provider.
I wonder if the employees get a reward or whether they are just hopping mad.
