I'll be looking for a new job. This job hasnt kept up with inflation. Cr---y raises and lower bonuses plus I don't trust this company anymore. There's no future here.

I've seen people get wrote up 3 plus times on our team and literally nothing happened to them. They eventually left on there own.
It is indeed hard to get fired, unless they don't like you, and then it's easy. Some people can call their bosses "stupid mother @#%^*&'s" and not get written up, while others will be written up. Discrimination is rampant at Mondelez, either speak up or move on unless you want to allow them to abuse you.
Are you a merchandiser that thinks YOU are " in charge?"
Are you completely overstepping your role?
What exactly is it you are doing with threat of write up?
Write-ups here mean nothing lol. It's damn near impossible to get fired.
What exactly is it as a merchandiser that you are taking care of at store level, that needs to be taken care of, that the sales rep isnt?
I really need to hear what it is because you are pumping yourself up like whatever you are doing is necessary, and no one else is doing it, but it needs to be done.

Same here I am being told that I will be written up for taking care of problems at store level from my DM because of my sales rep who does a fantastic job of ordering tons of product the store doesn't need probably from home. LOL Getting written up for doing the job that we were hired to do! Micromanagement at its finest and when any of us really do need the DM out here handling the problems that we are facing they are nowhere to be found... but if you do anything to handle the situation on your own since you know the DM don't give a damn anymore, we will be written up!!! LOL That's the Mondelez Way!!!

You said exactly what I was going to post. The irony is they are going to get rid of the people that want to be here. And all of us that want out are going to quit and leave them in a big mess
