You need review your rights on way you can say about the company and your severance package. I’m not a lawyer so you can get more information by googling NLRB severance ruling

The approximate 3,000 layoffs in 2020 were purely age discrimination. Vast majority between 51-64, but Honeywell is very sneaky to spread them around the US to avoid class action suit. I have the file with titles, location and age.
Just means severances will no longer be paid.
And it’s effective immediately
