I’ve seen this date thrown around a bunch in here and between coworkers. Is this date confirmed for a mass RIF?? Curious as to where that came from and if it’s credible… Thanks in advance

Should we expect additional layoffs this Thursday, 3/9?
Agreed on the meeting thing. Your importance in any of these large companies is directly correlated to how much time you spend in meetings. It'll be awesome to see the results of keeping those who spend 9 hours per day in meetings. Who's doing all the work? Hmmm... Hoping like he-l I get let go, and leave this culture of fear behind. Chances are high, my calendar is empty. :)
…….
Ok to the person who said march 9th all the directors have a meeting. I just checked their calendars. Of course every director has a meeting. I can see their whole calendar for the whole month and they have meetings back to back everyday.!!!
They’re always going to be in meetings.
This is getting a bit too much yall.
Of course look for jobs in the meantime but seriously STOP trying to fear monger people. We’re already stressed enough as it is not knowing if we’re gonna be cut or not. JFC!!
I’m trying to see the directors calender in outlook. How are you seeing that?
Do you directly and heavily contribute to the bottom line? Yes= job.
Do you have pals in the higher up ranks? Yes= job.
Anyone else= start looking elsewhere.
It's just business, people, nothing personal. Those at the top don't care, and you wouldn't either, if you were there.
On the TES Town Hall yesterday, there were several mentions of "tough decisions" ahead by the current and incoming SVP. My director has meeting time blocked off first thing in the AM of March 9, as do several others I checked. Personally, I'm actively looking for another job and not waiting to see what happens. The integration is already messed up and I want no part of this.
I’ve seen a couple of people on LinkedIn saying they were affected by the RIF,
About 4-6 people plus the old roommate that I know of .
I don’t know if there’s more and they just didn’t post on LinkedIn.
I don’t know what to think of this. I am hoping it’s just rumors about a possible next layoff …
Nobody has any claim of knowing first hand. Just “It happened before so i think it will again”. It might be true, but would be nice to have something a little more substantial to base this fear on.
I don’t understand why they’re still hiring if there’s layoffs. Someone make it make sense ?
If layoff are being done, any are they hiring now for A/R Specialist positions?
The info on previous February layoffs came true so I trust the predictions for monthly layoffs through April. They've kept it quiet but a purge is occurring, have no doubt about that.
Yes, continuing through April as well.
There was just hundreds laid off..most all account executives, couple of VP’s, some IT amongst others. I personally know at least 30 who were laid off and through their LinkedIn showing open to work see others that were just laid off. Whole departments were let go on teams calls from a script. Some departments it was on or two positions others it was whole teams.
I keep seeing it too. Idk where this info is coming from. I don’t even know if this is a credible source and if I’m just worrying for nothing. I only know one person who was laid off a couple weeks ago and she was in legal as a admin assistant. She was the only one who was laid off on her team.
