Left the BH office earlier this month on my terms. Best decision made. I no longer feel stressed on so many levels.
Fiserv has poor and lackluster management. They will throw things at you with no proper guidance. Figure it out or drown mentality.
Applicants - if you are considering a role at the BH hub, be very careful. You are expected to come 5 days a week or possibly 3 days a week depending on your unit. If you come in 3 days a week, you will have to manage and track your time in the office & home to meet the requirement. This is part of your goals. Don't believe everything HR tells you because once you start working things suddenly change.
And please don't believe the social media postings you see on their feed about their "wins" and "awards". That's a marketing propaganda to allure applicants. This company rates themselves as being the "Best" or "Leader in Industry".
The policies they want you to follow are archaic and unrealistic. They run badge reports as if you work in a prison as you enter and exit office. Why?? There are constant layoffs every quarter and sudden unit changes. Very stressful and toxic environment. No work-life balance here.
Worst company I ever worked for. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs unless you are very close to BH office and desperately need a job.
