Which product is going to get our enterprise customers to buy from us? (Please no vaporware - real offerings).
I don’t feel CCaaS has the right feature set yet for enterprise level, oceana is a nightmare, so what is there?

Jeez, don't any of you get sarcasm?
At least I HOPE it's sarcasm!
I don't take NO for an answer.
Move over Alan ...I NO how to CEO!
(Did you see what I did there? Don't worry. I always over explain how clever I am. I will tell you and share way way too much about how not smart I am maybe not. So, I said no as I never except No. And then it rimees with ceO...)
Score me!
Get it? Right? Love me! Whohoo)
Breeze (EDP) with Snap-Ins from the Snap store...or so I was led to believe at the time this was heralded to be Avaya's saviour and halo product....
Oh wait, it's all end-of-life!! https://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_breeze/avaya_snap_ins/index.gsp
What a lame joke of a company.

Well, myself of course! Who needs products when you have ME!

Mark my words???? What the double ππ sticks?
When is this rubbish going to cease? Early on, I understood the motivation to fight for the 'cause'. However, we all know what is what by now. What in the world is this gobblygook? I just can't understand the need to make us appear to be greater fools than we have already proven to be.
God help us!
What the....?????? Coming BACK to market? do these people not know the fundamental basics of 'market' engagement? Most organizations get just one chance. Avaya has had 2x2 chances. No one gives a damn IF Avaya actually makes the products actually work this time around. Avaya has zero credibility. The clients are just sitting around waiting for us to come BACK to market. Just fascinating that anyone would even think that, let alone boldly state it with some perverse arrogance of mark my words.
What about all of the promises the previous 10 mos? How many times have we marked your words and you were wrong? Have you ever apologized? Have you ever eaten your words? Nope. You just pretend like you have not failed every single time. You act like you haven't blown BS smoke and then blamed others for misleading you. you are a complete and total failure. Mark. My. Words. Time to Eat. Your. Words.
Check out this T-O-O-L!!!!!!
"I genuinely think that our CCaaS solution will be a Genesys, Five9 and NICE ki-ler in about 3 months"
We all know which cartoon character grown ar-e man that is!
Seriously? Masareck's only hope turn the ship around is dependent upon:
I genuinely think that our CCaaS solution will be a Genesys, Five9 and NICE ki-ler in about 3 months.
These guys have been dreading the OG of the contact centre world coming back to market to clean up

"Save"?
Firstly, isn't it about time that Avaya finally drop the mentality that there are heroes (people, group or products) that can save the day. The overreaching mentality of these extreme forces, heros and bad characters (dismissing facts because there is a naysayer doesn't change facts). How many times have unpopular facts been proven true in the past 10 mos or so, yet there are people on here who still claim there is some imaginary nemesis who is at fault?
Can we all finally face reality?
Why don't we see anyone saying "I messed up. I willingly played along with the false narrative of OneCloud. I told off anyone who claimed OneCloud wasn't real. I even went as far as to disparage people simply because they were accurately stating that OneCloud was vapor"?
The "Product"= Spin Doctoring, but of course. Selling HOPE is the oldest monetized product known to man.
Who needs a product when you have the most masterful BSer. Marketing is most proud of the BS'ers who will massage any facts into the narratives they want people to hear. Its never been about facts or products. Its always about the pie-in-the-sky image that is completely intangible and never client deployment possible. Why do you think some people stood out to the marketing folks? Not because of genius. But b/c they are more than willing to alter truths in a way that no other sales engineers are ever willing to do. When you can't do, you then spend most of your time pontificating about theories of doing. Yet you never actually DO.
Avaya IP Office is a flagship winner. :)
When is that being discontinued?
The Masa-rack will be revolutionary.
You rack your server in the Masa-rack and turn it on and it's automatically full of spin and hot air and will dazzle everyone.
It will become the destination place for anyone's server, they will sell millions of Masa-racks and we will all be handsomely rewarded and fulfilled.
Isn't that what our investment (via software purchased a la expense accounts) in over-saturated, over-photoshopped empty minded non-articulate blubbering (Words. Are. Hard {sic}) cartoon-inspired influencers are for? They can spin any vapor, any soundbyte and then lose their mind if ever challenged or they get called out for their ridiculousness.
I'm so tired of being embarrassed.
In all seriousness -- NO PRODUCT CAN SAVE A DEAD ORGANIZATION. Period. We've survived on borrowed time for too many years. We've had 13 lives and have blown them all. The cost to grow Avaya is not worth the effort. I pray for a buyer.
Alas we opened the cupboard and there was only yesterdays technology sat next to the skeleton of Nortel and remnants of missed opportunities.
Someone suggested we bolt them all together, these cupboard left overs, like Frankenstein did, perhaps that would create something new - but then we remembered we had already tried that - OCEANA, so now we pin our hopes toβ¦β¦
