Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

CRC Turnover

Why do some many CRC’s quit? It is a footprint wide problem. Pay, benefits, incompetent BM’/DM’s? I think it’s the latter. There are people in management here that would not last long elsewhere. Let the branch closures begin so we can get rid of the dead weight/management.

"They don’t give a sh*t about their retail employees"

I fixed this for you:

They don’t give a sh*t about their employees

Because USB is a miserable place to work in a branch compared to other banks. They don’t give a sh*t about their retail employees - good luck getting vacation approved or scheduling a doctors appointment. The sales pressure is extreme compared to other banks and the sales practices are still unethical despite USBs claims of improvement. It’s a culture of punishing for lack of production vs. being rewarded for producing, as evidenced by the lack of bonus structure and policy of write ups for those struggling. Might as well go work at Walmart, it has the same soulless big retail feel where neither the staff or the clients matter.

Dont understand why they have branch mangers still around when they could have a CRC 4 with S2 authority to make decisions. Cost effective for the bank since all they do now is send out reminders and get on useless conference calls. They were better when they were prospecting for business. Now completely useless and paying good money to some of them to sit on conference calls about how good we are doing but we can do better.
