So we have meetings and people from regional all they do is read power point presentations already made by global. So whats the point of all these regional sfas or whatever they are calle now. You know, we TMs can read. What a waste of meetings and these positions should be changed to something else. All they do is read what global already made.

how much do we pay these rubes at regional to draw up new planograms and write redundant emails??? and dont get me started on their product replenishment or proper ordering for amazon promos--which often end in the ol' "bait and out of stock" sales...lmao...
They have to make sure that each store doesn't run out of clip boards. I don't have any clip boards at home.
I do have a ton of books.
I agree with the bloated company I'm not sure the regional's do believe we can read so they do it for us remember they think they are superior to us. It is the most poorly run company I have ever worked for where is Amazon how are they allowing this!!
Stop caring and goof off only effort that should be exerted is to find another job. Or you can pretend that this place matters and enjoy you additional 15% of prep foods since the ETeam appreciates us so much.
the point is very simple: this bloated, terribly run company is very top heavy, and all those real wage jobs need to justify their paychecks..... so meetings and power points and emails are getting cranked out at record speed
