Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

On the topic of Sam's org. They are tone deaf. They're proud to celebrate women's history month with different activities such as networking events and writing a note to a woman seeking a job for a particular charity. All of this while women who work at Vz and are/were the sole bread winners for their families get RIF'd. Those still on the payroll are seeing this and wondering what their next step is. Will anyone be helping them network or writing the a letter of encouragement? If Vz truly cared for women employees, and for all employees for that matter, they would clean house with leadership and turn the ship around so people can stay gainfully employed if they choose to work to work at Verizon.
