It's horrifying and infuriating, but women are only considered for c-suite jobs once companies are considered to be in serious decline or in a declining industry.

Boards in tech will only take chances hiring women into top spots when they can no longer attract a male into the c-suite role without paying a king's ransom.

When men start countering corporate job offers with massive salary requirements just to think about taking a role, suddenly boards are willing to recruit female candidates.

Hedgies may look to drive it within this range for possible acquisition. Xerox recently made a bid for HP at 24 a share.

Cashed my Dell stock at $60 and glad I did. Forecasting DELL stock will settle around mid $20’s. They may be able to hold $30 if they continue layoffs and small acquisitions.

lots of leadership changes and so far not for the good. Dell needs to groom the Bain guy so Jeff can get out... or hire another on shareholder $ as they fire lots of engaged employees.
Tom dropped the pass to Yvonne... or shareholders will feel the drop. Happy for diversity and inclusion but what a miss for shareholders and institutions.

How does MSD cash out... maybe his partner Bain or Silver lake give him what he needs... Mansion in Davos coming soon, does Davos have a home for $1Bn?

Unless there’s another global pandemic, Dell is on the slow churn downward and I would stay away from this stock. If you look at the insider trading (not the bad kind) done in the last few years by its top execs it looks like they all cashed in big time. Dell is owned by hedge funds and I expect it to go the way of Xerox now. If you own stock in Dell cash out now while it’s still in the forty dollar range.

Tom is just old - done a lot for Dell and in certain age you my start enjoying life as not much may be left of it.

I'd think Clark will also retire in next 12-24months and MD would consider the same in 5-years horizon once he's in top-10 richest in USA perhaps ?

it's generational change and needs to take place at some point in time
