I do hope all the new folks that are getting let go are exercising their rights, they do have rights!! They are entitled to information as to age, gender, race, etc of all those let go! Make ‘em come up with these things and if they push back, there is a reason! They have to, by law, show this!!

And…don’t tell…the age part is very disproportionate? Lots of “over 40” getting the boot?
FYI….when let go they do give you a list….last count it was around 600+ across sales in the field, who were let go nation wide and it gives only position & age. I should know!…lol..I got the list!
