Well, with the company wide townhall from Scott Powell just announced on 3/21 which is set up to address "transformation" I assume that date is all but a certainty for the next big layoff date.

This will be about how the US needs to work more affectively with India. Give them all your knowledge, work more in their hours, etc... Get ready for it.
I really don't think his abilities will allow him to carry a townhall on his own. This will be interesting.

Possibly… or maybe it’s as simple as Charlie didn’t feel like doing it this quarter or will be on vacation or some other schedule conflict. I am not reading too much into it.
My bet is it's to announce 100% RTO, removing the hybrid option. I mean, why continue doing something that works and gives people some work/life balance?
The best thing that could possible happen to the blighted company… is Powell leaving. He is an awful leader and universally hated

they’ve never had a company meeting to announce layoffs- only once the layoffs are completed - i wonder if this meeting is not layoff related

As much as I am hopeful that you correct, I doubt ol' Charles will be leaving anytime soon. But good call out. It's definitely worth watching for!
