I went in to help for a hour and a half. Someone said they are suppose to automatically pay us for 3 hours. Where can I find this on the wire to prove my point?

I thought it was 4 hrs.
Your guaranteed at least half of your scheduled shift with a max guarantee of 4 hrs. If your scheduled for 8 hours or more you have to work or being compensated for hours. If they ask you to come in or you volunteer to come in to help without being scheduled, there is no guarantee

yep they are SUPPOSED to pay you a minimum of 4 hours. But.... if they think you are ignorant or wont stand up for yourself some managers will act like they never heard of such a thing...
I think 4 hours is the minimum. Unless it's a mandatory meeting
