What kind of company has this became? They get mad if you call off if you are super sick. There's no sympathy whatsoever. Just attitude. I miss the days where managers cared. I miss the days where they took dr notes. If you are not a favorite of the shady mgr you actually gets points. Maybe only the club mgr should handle points. There's too much favoritism obviously for managers to do the points....just saying

If your a constant abuse of calling off and using ppto then that’s why, if it’s only occasionally then your anger is justified. Most people abuse ppto then get upset when others that have to cover their sorry as--s get mad,
They do not care about you...it's becoming an abusive place to work...someone needs to randomly send secret shoppers to the villages and Ocala club to see the abuse out on injured associates. Especially Fresh associates.
