Saw a rumor article on LinkedIn. I thought it was interesting with current talk about spinning off WorldPay.
I wonder if they looked here too with the rumors of Bank Solutions and EFT being set for sale.

Why would visa want to buy fis, a company already reduced to rubble by the team at Fiserv who crushed them.
Why would a successful company like Visa buy a cr---y company like Fiserv? They don't even feel threatened by them LOL
Shilly wasn’t with either Fiserv or First Data pre-Frank. They have no history beyond the near-present. Poor Shilly doesn’t know that these were once decent places to work.
There is merit to the rumor of bank solutions being for sale. Frank has proven time and time again that he cannot competently handle the software side of things. He only cares about his precious Clover, as evidenced by the fact that he spams us with endless Clover emails.
Oh Shilly. No matter how many times you say it, it won't make it true. Truth hurts bud.
I don't know a single person in my area that is happy with the company. Most are actively looking. Many have left, including highly productive people with decades of experience. Why? Because the bo--s at that top run the company like Big Brother. Zero trust. Zero incentive. It's become a FinTech sweatshop.
I look forward to giving my notice shortly and GTFO of this toxic dump.

There is no rumor of Fiserv selling anything, we love our businesses - - stop your lying. Truth is Fiserv is winning in the market place, with associates who want to be here (less the 200 who are upset over work from coach) and winning with shareholders. I think you are confusing us with FIS.
