@9lvo+1luyl4gT actually some full time employees are real estate agents, who work at Qualcomm in their free time between showings. Other full time employees drive for Uber, would leave at 2pm if they get a good ride, senior engineers and above believe it or not. They should be first to go we have at least two in our department
Get rid of every one who spends active job time only comparing and evaluating real estate for passive income.
Country Clubs of MST.
free up the real estate agents and real estate investors for full time instead of forcing them to share tiny fraction of time with job.
10 years at Qualcomm is like 2 at other companies when it comes to compensation. RIF is all about money so anyone regardless of title or experience can get it if the wrong VP thinks it's a good idea. Don't worry though, being let go is a good thing.
30 years and stayed with a company that promotes id--ts… really says a lot about you!
In my 30+ years in the private sector, I have never seen more employees promoted to their level of incompetence as QCOM. Mind numbing the level of incompetence at very high levels in this company.
Good luck with that.
repeat after me, "rest n vest, rest nn vest, rest n vest" - your director
Qualcomm is a political company. The more years the more you are safe. Yes they will get rid of some high profile position but only in non-money making businesses. Again QTL and QTC are the only businesses that add to bottom line of Qualcomm. Everyone else should be on notice
30 plus years then 20 plus need to go first
Too many paper pushers doing nothing with high titles
Clean WRD too. Too many buddy clubs. Incompetent people with high level titles doing rest and vest.
I wouldn't call it trouble. It would be a blessing to get out of this extremely corrupt company, and find a path to better life by eliminating this disease from your life which is called Qualcomm.
