Thread regarding Change Healthcare layoffs

Received Transition Letter, Am I In The Clear?

As the title says, received transition letter and background check request today. Does that mean I am in the clear on layoffs for the alleged March round of layoffs?

My guess is they’ll transition everyone, do credit checks, then trim accordingly across all the board. This will give UHG/Optum management credit for ‘headcount’ reduction accomplishments.

So what is pay grade 24, 25, and 26 SUPPOSED to be? Why don't you ask your manager? Some of these posts are so ridiculous.

I am new to Change and hence new to Optum as well, how do you get or see your current grade in Change and how to match that with what Optum have?

Please help!

It stated my new pay grade and annual salary. Annual salary was exactly the same. I have no frame of reference for whether my pay grade is good or not.

Did your transition letter talk about pay grade? Keeping you the same, lower pay or higher?
