What grade will a team lead be? I'm coming over from Changehealthcare.

For the one asking why they're a 24 and not making $45k it depends on your geographic location too. In my area the cost of living is really low so I don't make as much as others that live in LA with the same skills/pay grade.
In my area a 24 range is $35,200-$62,600. Sparq has a salary range tool that can give you info based on your location.
Depends on your job family, but probably a 25 or 26 depending on your current title and salary. Supervisors are a 27.
I'm a grade 24 and I'm not making 45 a year, why?
24 with salary range of 45 to 72,300. Here at Optum ranges are posted and grade as it relates to the role. Mid is 60- which means you will start at the most 54
25
Your grade level will depend on the functional job family you are moved into and the experience you bring into that role.
Ehh: sounds like a discussion you’d need to have with whoever moved you. Been here 15 years, never seen a team lead 🤣
Good ours need to be bumped down they do nothing.
UHG doesn't really do the Team Lead thing anymore. Used to (at grade 25 and 26) but ended up changing how many people to one supervisor (20) and how many to a manager (maybe 5?).
I bet grade 25
