Interesting that Susan P's email says US Business performed at 113.3%, however AVIP statements show 102.1.%. Anyone able to explain?

Am a peon in HR. Just as unhappy as the rest of you blokes. Senior leadership in our HR is tone deaf at best; toxic at its worse. They don't want to hear different opinions. Simply shut up and don't ask questions. You must have to sell your soul to the devil to make AVP in HR.
Slimey…I no longer ask questions about the sheets. Inconsistent, riddled with BS. If they were automated, like suggested in the other on-going thread, it would mean applying controls to this corrupt process. So that’s my going to happen and we ALL know this.
SP - do your job and put the “H” back into “HR”. I honestly don’t know how you can live with yourself or how anyone can feel good about working within HR for this garbage company.
WAKE UP Leadership: your tone deaf decisions has led to complete chaos…such a terrible employee experience brewing for years…however escalated at a staggering level within the past two years. You are not respected by the workforce. Attendance to your all employee meetings says it all. Current morale can be described as “numb” at best.

It is a rigged system. Completely discretionary. Made a by a nasty cabal of managers who enjoy being sadistic f@$&s. I liken it to a reality show. You are voted off the island.
