I think walmart should rethink bonuses since the coaches and team leads are the only ones to get them. We are asked to do the team leads jobs they are never in the departments always in ogp at our store and they get the bonus and we dont.

Just shows you where your at in the store structure. TL are there to push you to drop. The bonus for them is based on them drinking the kool aid. If thats your price for your soul then be happy before your next.

When we used to get bonuses back years ago they would cut hours the following weeks to make up for the bonus. So actually one would be in the negative. So really there was so bonus. We were rewarded with cut hours. WM is a joke. Glad I am no longer there. Awful company.

Everyone should get a bonus. Then, they should subtract from it when you call in, sluff off, are late to work, spout your mouth off, disappear during work hours, late back from lunch, don’t do your job, etc etc etc. that’s fair.

You get a quarterly bonus guaranteed. Management bonuses are not guaranteed. If you have bad employees and a bad location you will get nothing.

Stop complaining and step into a leadership role and then you can be eligible for a bonus.
