Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Another aero executive out the door.

Aero ES VP follows the defense and space president out the door.
Fallout from botched revenue grabbing incentives and failed pursuits?

Or MM ran another one off. He's good at that. Wears it as a badge of honor.

This latest vp did absolutely nothing as far as i can tell. Spent his whole 2 years fire fighting programs run into the ground through lack of staffing. Inability to staff to meet commitments is a stake in heart. It removes all control from leadership.

First company over word for. Which people get promoted without knowledge or degrees. Look at the outcome. I wonder if these people have degrees of running the company. This place is really run like a shell game. Hide the ball and shuffle the shells.

When we lose the ball. We lay you off, RIF you, and furlough you. Last resort we sell off your division. I think Honeywell reminds me of chutes and ladders. You go up when you go down. Honeywell version when you go down chute. You might go right out the door in land at the unemployment office. Which, in my opinion, could be a blessing.

I have talked directly with 4 VPs in the last 12 months. None of them gave a ----. One told me to my face that i can expect no changes and his department does not need to improve anything despite the data and angry customers. i had to leave the in person meeting early i was so angry. A jerk going through the motions. No chance he remembers my name... made it clear i was a worm and how dare i keep data on customer feedback.
I really miss the military sometimes, most leaders there actually earned their rank.

VPs come and go, it's the Peter Principle. When they can't make the numbers, a new person is slotted in. The old one sticks around until his vested stock shares are converted, then he is finally out the door. Did you notice all the VPs in the HIPAC donation list? It's a who's who list of incompetents.
