SWN is currently a company where you can work hard 8 to 5 and receive a paycheck and benefits. It’s no more that that and hasn’t been for sometime. I doubt if it will ever be a place where your hat will hang there for many years as you see the stock price soar. If you desire more, then go after it. In the meantime, SWN is a good place to gain experience.
