Lazy Managers

Managers make you feel useless because their trained to make you quit, they don't like the fact you know more then them. 16yr associates vs 5yr manager in position for 3 yrs. Makes them act like children reaching for the candy.

If this company really wanted to save money they would cut down on managers. It's not like they contribute much. Two or three do all the work and the rest hide in the office. Instead they cut hours for the people that make the least but do all the work. If theres a stupid way to so something, corporate will find it.

Tired of the micromanagement that comes from assistants that do not know a flipping thing, They certainly DO NOT lead by example. They were all hand picked brown nosers from the fired GM and now we are stuck with these useless, power hungry bunch of id--ts. Don't talk to me like I've been here for 2 weeks when my badge has 20 plus years. Yes, I'm sure their goal is to rid the clubs of knowledgeable associates so no one is left to question their questionable behavior.
