There are still so many jobs out there. Unemployment is only 3.6% and over 236K employees were hired last Month. Good Luck. If Optum doesn't want you, it's their loss. Update your resume and start looking. Many companies are still hiring.

My area just hired a bunch of contractors and now are letting them go! Have never seen such bad leadership.
I'm sure the management knows, but they AR telling us nothing. Several of us are starting to look before it happens to us.
Most likely it’s coming from top. Santelli/Doddy era veterans are cut, can’t be a new guy’s decision.
Looks like it’s not RIF, they are hiring contractors at higher speed. Maybe new management has less confidence on existing skills. There is no other way to interpret.
