United Health Group is finally getting around to removing the excess waste at Peoples Health in LA. Many long term old school employees particularly in leadership roles who sit in ivory tower offices barking out micromanaging rules and engaging in favoritism.
A bunch of hysterical women calling themselves leaders in M&R area need to go!
This is a completely top heavy organization with positions created for the kiss ups while others are laid off.
Leaders only concerned about keeping their own high salary positions and keeping their staff who they well know do not have enough work to fill an 8 hour day.
Trim the fat UHG by getting rid of the multiple leaders you have!
UHG automating processes and having their own staff handle everyday tasks for Peoples Health is in preparation for eliminating front line staff.
Smart people are either moving into UHG roles or leaving all together.
