Thread regarding Optum layoffs

First they overload you and then they criticize you

Maybe I would accept the criticism if the scope of my work was smaller, however, if you overload an employee with a double or triple workload, I think it is very unfair to blame him if not all the work is done well. What do they want from employees anyway? When is enough enough? Expectations have become truly unrealistic.
