What is the pulse on the Incentives bonus? Worth it, do it, don't?

ROFL. I was promised $20000 when I first started. They merged me with another losing group at the last minute so I wouldn’t get it. So, please see the post do less live longer. I do less and moonlight.
Meh. If you need the cash AND there is a really task you would work a weekend for anyway then go get it. Don’t do hours for no purpose.. the pay isn’t worth it.
Literally ZERO incentive or reward. The game is up now, the ALT has shown their hand. They have no intention of rewarding hard work nor any interest in incentivizing it. They just demand and expect it under threat of of some PIP or other HON bvllsh1t but pay no mind. This ship is sinking faster and faster now and the only thing that can stop it is a merger and getting rid of the entire ALT or the division getting sold and in turn, all the ALT is removed.
What's an incentive bonus? Never heard of it. Is that where one gets a position at another company?
