Any cuts here coming up? Looks like they’re trying to reduce calls so was wondering if this would create layoffs.

Oh ok gotcha. I’m in E&I and all they talk about is “AI”. I’m sure lay offs are coming at any time. Why team had a lay off in February and I anticipate more.
I saw something about them wanting to reduce the need for customers to call us and automate the process more.
What do you mean by reduce calls?
