Everyone is fake here, people boasting about hard work when they got in through family/friends - mostly from
Oracle— no shame and utterly tone deaf and born to be toxic. Clique-y and somehow still with superiors complex

Whenever I visit the office, I observe the people around me and for at least 50% of them, genuinely wonder what they actually do. There are some utter imbeciles, which I assume were hired to ensure certain boxes were ticked
This describes perfectly my experience with an Analyst at Pacific Life who left to work for salesforce. Smug dail went to 11 and Linked in was used to gloat about herself and somehow tie it to work.
Linked-in posting about her 30 minute workout like she just returned from the olympics with a gold medal and gloating her personal trips and somehow tying it back to work. Meeting celebrities and tying it back to work.
You’ll never have to ask her which university she attended or how many doctors are in her family. She will tell you of course…. Oh and her goo

Well it's corporate dude. Also I am pretty sure most people are in it for themselves not for "customer success" nor "relationships", so gotta take the good with the bad
B.Devine-get in through family- here and previous company at ORACLE. no work experience. judge others like it was "earned" and through "hard work" --OK.
It's by design! Little, insecure people with big egos who need to be made to feel special. Instead of hiring and paying for "the best," Salesforce hires a mediocre workforce and tells them what an accomplishment it is they were hired. In exchange, they break their backs and work overtime for free (a lot of them) and put up with toxic behaviors and unrealistic demands. So many delusional people!
LL in CSG Enablement is the problem. Look at her retention rate for that team. The only thing she is good at is causing churn with her obsession with creating powerpoint decks. What a joke! Has no clue what enablement is.
