All-Hands Call

I have just viewed the All-Hands call. Did I hear correctly that a new Chief Revenue Officer is being brought in? It seems like this company never learns from its past mistakes. Will we once again witness the influx of Alan's former colleagues from Vonage, who will be offered enormous sign-on bonuses and exorbitant salaries?

There is no C-Sh--e other than Alan...he fired them all and tricked other people into doing the work without the title, salary, or commitment.

This never felt like a Chapter 11 this time, there was no cancellation on spending, like senior management still travelled the world spinning the usual cr-p, Galway seems to be the destination of choice for the last few months, not a week goes buy but we have C-Shtie visiting..

Keep in mind, he said many times "I am a bankruptcy CEO" he also said he would leave if we went bankrupt.

I guess all that bonus money was to keep him and he has to backtrack to all those employees, partners and customers he said no chapter 11 again.

Don’t forget all of the equity that Masarek stole from you all that he’s now going to give to these new C leaders.

You all should enjoy these people…you paid for them.

“As a client”

To bad this place doesn’t have Gif support. Insert Dr Evil air quotes…

As a client, I will advise you all to silence that person. It's a trainwreck that should not be tied to the Avaya brand. You have enough to overcome. Seriously. The interviews make no sense other than her need to be seen. Just stop it.

CMO is coming in immediately after the CRO

It's a ridiculous C job that needs to be eliminated. CRO's are bloated, wasteful positions.
They came from sales leades demanding a seat in the C-Suite (just look at FC, he, like all before him, learned to demand it at his next role). It's an added layer of total waste. Apollo and Alvarez/Marsal (the 'doers'of restructuring) should refuse and eliminate that role all together.
