- If you sign any severance docs, you absolutely CANNOT sue. Only Arbitration
- Average age of those laid off is 53 (An absolute fact)!!
- If you want to potentially sue for age discrimination, I highly recommend Wright & Greenhill in Austin, who have taken on IBM and "won". Cases have been settled. (I am not associated with them in any way, but I know several of the plaintiffs personally). At the very least, call them to see if you should proceed or not.
