Oklahoma has always been a sh-t show. Im not sure why.
OSP and Fiber Engineering probably got a promotions for this outstanding work - that is how it works at this company.
A $14 million dollar road widening project was delayed, according to the City of Tulsa, by a utility company that wouldn’t move their lines and at several points wouldn’t communicate about the holdup. The City took the unusual action of naming Windstream as the main cause of delays during the widening of 81st Street.
“We're looking forward to not having Windstream on any other project but there wasn't a way to design around it in this case,” said Paul Zachary, the City of Tulsa engineer who oversees all projects.
It is laughable they scrutinize the field techs and constantly batter them on metrics but yet the contractors come in and do a horrendous job with no accountability or inspection by management
A better test would be using your WIFI Finder outside the perimeter of the house and look for dead spots. But that doesn't sell extenders, now does it? Another time waster. make sure you write it up in OFSC.
It’s a sales ploy to rent more junk Wi-Fi extenders to the customer. I’m sure the customers love the techs walking around their house looking for Wi-Fi Waldo
It’s something the techs are doing, waving their phones in every room of the house looking for ghosts.
They want them to test wifi strength in every room of the house using a new app, more d-mb sh-t.
