Do you feel valued at all? Of all the places I worked at in my 15-year-long career, I feel the least appreciated at JPMorgan. Had I known how little the management thinks of employees here I would have never accepted the job offer two years ago, but that's on me.

I dont need my manager to tell me what my work is worth. I see that in the way I'm treated by the people I work with and the outcomes I bring.
You need someone to blow sunshine up your a-s every now and then? Not sure what places do that other than a therapist.
Timing also makes me question integrity- we just finished employee surveys and were told to return full days day before survey closed.
Agree. I do not feel appreciated. I am more skilled than my manager and more talented. My technical expertise including Amazon cloud and GCP surpasses many more senior than me at the company. It seems to me that my manager is intimidated by me at times. No career path. The scope of the work is too narrow. I came form a startup and I too, regret taking the position two years ago. The work at the startup was challenging. I wore many hats and was quite happy.
Probably one of the few that actually like working here.
There is a lack of culture and zero people skills or even remedial training. No career path etc - other than to get out. It’s all tenure, and zero performance here
