Get ready. The severance package is being revised right now. It’s coming. Not good.
They aren’t giving relo packages to hardly anyone i heard… not even directors. Only vp who have to move and they can only move to Dallas. Heard they want at least 10-12k reduced and expect those to come from people they think should be in Dallas but aren’t. Just letting those folks go. Plus also a ton of other reductions so even those in field sales roles and field ops they are reducing 25%.
You got it backwards. Surplus is after. They wait and see how many quit without severance.
Agree! If many decide to leave, the size will be smaller. All L3+ requests to move to Dallas.

They will wait to see how many they can force out by their RTO policy. If they can avoid paying severance, they will.
