I have to say, I don't work here, I just stumbled onto this thread while I was looking up another company, and I'm cracking up! As an outsider, this thread is hilarious! Also, I hope everything works out for you all, truly. I've had my share of sh---y jobs/management/etc. and it doesn't matter where you're at there are always some a--holes, but ALSO some really great people and sometimes they're the ones you think you hate. Life is wild! Anywho...thanks for the entertainment, teaching me what bootlicker means, and being my personal journal entry tonight. Peace!

It's a given that no one actually knows what the letters stand for. Though worthless, at least you could remember the B3s (not that Crown's hierarchy actually lived by them). It's not that Crown's going to careen to the bottom of the canyon; it's just going to go in circles of mediocrity, a drift race with no winner.

Spent every minute since joining us trying to maneuver his way onto EMT for the C-level comp. Done nothing other than drive stonk down. It’s not just the EMT that is unqualified. I’d say most of the managers M1-M4 are unqualified. We seem to run all of the good managers off. Everybody else is either former Comcast or McDonalds.

Tower is the only division bringing sustainable revenue, and fiber is getting better. Small cells continue to loose money every quarter.. so much hype around 1000s of small cells contracts , but Wall Street investors knew the truth that all these small cell contracts are not profitable. Share price keeps going down..
The board and EMT are asleep at the wheel. This once great company is slowly dying. CL, CP, KR and KB, shame on you.
