Our privileged executive who can’t even think about their employees suck. The air quality in the building is horrible but they’re so stuck on us not working from home they would rather endanger our health. They may get to go down into their cars and drive home while we get on transit or walk and breathe this cr-p in. Jon is a money guy not a people guy. Why not a note on helix for the people with asthma or breathing problems to work from home. They just don’t care. So
much for health and safety at Husky, oops I mean Cenovus.

Most people were unavailable when needed who “worked from home.” Honestly, there’s way too many people at head office than we need. Grow up and stop complaining. If you aren’t working out in the actual plants, just be grateful.
Covid proved that people can work effectively and even more from home. Commute time one can use to do more work. I understand that some jobs require field visits. There must be a wise approach to this. It can’t be same way as pre-Covid time
Don’t let them bullsh-t you when they say the folks at our plants can’t wfh. There’s essential operations folks, but the majority of engineering and technical people should have the ability to wfh as well, but we’re being lumped in as operationally essential and out of scope for even the 1 day a week policy.
We’re all just headcount for them that’s all. That’s how they market themselves as “job creators”
They don’t care about people. You should know that by now. It’s cultural.
