Stankey for CEO of the year!
If I were Stankey and I needed people to quit to secure my job and further my goal of getting people to quit without severance. I would quickly and easily pay some shlubs to troll TheLayoff.com to build up some additional resentment that causes people to quit and further my goals.

AGREE. If less than 5 years required for 100% vesting, jump. If vested and qualified elsewhere, jump. If close to rule of 75 or older, wait for severance.
