Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Noting that ****Wells Fargo Newsroom News Releases*** is an excellent example of a biased news source

https://newsroom.wf.com/English/news-releases/default.aspx

Another case of our C-Suite having their head in the sand. No mention of anything that doesn’t fit in to the PR Spin or doesn’t support their particular view of the bank. No stories about the Federal Asset cap, lawsuits, and billion dollar legal settlements against us.

Why does Wells Fargo think they need to censor the news?? Are we in Kindergarten?

At the very least, let’s not call it “News” from the “Newsroom”. This isn’t North Korea. We can handle the truth. We have access to uncensored sources.

If we’re looking to cut costs, let’s eliminate any effort and costs that go into producing this lopsided low-quality fluff.

Either eliminate it, or change the name to:

Wells Fargo’s Managed Censored Information Releases

Yes, totally.

And why does our website tell people why they should bank with Wells Fargo? Why doesn't it just redirect to BofA's or JPMC's?

It's all clueless corporate propaganda, I tell ya, and a sign of just how deranged our leadership is.
