GM is kicking Ford's behind

I chose the wrong company ten years ago.

Mary Barra said they would have autonomous shuttle on the GM tech center around 2017 or 2018.... Fartley's not so good either.

No you didn't. I worked there for 6 years, it was an awful ego fest where you only got ahead by who you knew, not what. I would only go back there if my bills depended on it. Absolutely toxic company.

Mary Barra is a fraud and just spews out press releases with fake EV promises as if she ate a bunch of laxatives and Taco Bell.

Farley is actually getting sh-t done.

In 2017, GM proudly said they’d have 20 EV models on the market in 2023… LIARS.

She said they’d “pass tesla” by 2025. Maybe in cars burned up, failed partnerships and in efficient giant EVs that no one buys.

Bolt was a disaster. Hummer is a disaster. Lordstown and Nikola were two other horrific bag fumbles by Mary. Why does she get so much praise? She should get the hate/slander that Elon gets.

Both are bad, Ford is worse than GM.

Both Ford and GM are screwed. Neither will exist as an autonomous entity by 2030. A Chinese companies will buy them both.

Stellantis is in a slightly better position due to their huge presence in EU. But the real winners will be Toyota and Honda.

You heard it here first!

I disagree. With Ford+ transformation, we are better prepared for the significant changes in mobility that are underway. GM is not. That is why any thought of GM is better than Ford will be short lived. (It's not even true currently)

GM and the Obama Administration only ki-led Salaried pensions. Payback for votes.

GM ki-led people’s pensions and filed bankruptcy. Ford family is sustaining all the legacy costs that haven’t been swept away by filing for bankruptcy.

It’s the “family” thing that makes the difference, not in a good way for Ford.
