Just shows you how sensitive the executives are towards the people and their families who helped to line their pockets with rich bonuses.
I knew I'll be in the layoff list as the new big boss partied every night when we traveled and I wasn't keen to party along. True enough, the senior ones laid off are the ones who didn't party with the new boss. Disappointing but I'm glad to leave.
sorry guys, but how much do interns get paid? Does that answer the question?
Absolutely, could not agree more. Have seen people with 1,2, less than 5 years experience be treated as Gods and people with wealth of experience in the airline industry got rid of, side lined etc. This place has become a political den where a** licking and groupism is prioritized over actual work, knowledge, competency.
this place is attractive for over confident kids that never worked in their life. if they find a micromanager that will like them within 3 months they would be presented and pushed to be great experts in the industry... is like an ice cream factory kindergarten.. I will be surprised if any professional would bother with this company ever again
It's not a terrible gig for an intern or newb. I wouldn't suggest signing on after an internship or staying for more than 18 months, though.
The day before notifications, there were sessions for interns to tell the ‘sabre story’!!!
I was asked to give a referral for an intern a couple of months ago…. Oh, the irony.
Need to get them young before they know better..
And you’re surprised? TA’s “leader” has zero ethics or integrity, so why would her “team”?
